Develop and maintain production schedules, considering customer demand, lead times, and resource constraints.
Analyze production requirements and forecast demand to ensure timely production
Manage and optimize production workflow to minimize delays and maximize efficiency
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses
Maintain proper updating, monitoring output & movements of product
Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve overall performance
Communicate production status and any potential issues to relevant stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and management
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, engineering, production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare reports on production performance and inventory levels
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management. Commerce or equivalent
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deadline driven and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work with Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
