Process Engineer

Responsiblities

• Evaluate process capability for assigned section
  
  
• Monitoring, collect & analyse data for process
  
  
• Establish Working Instruction, Control Plan, FMEA and etc for production
  
  
• Study on the process and make necessary improvement on the process if found abnormal / cause defect on product
  
  
• R&D of new product / new process / new material at the assigned section
• Responsible of new parameter combination of different materials to obtain best performance and meet the reliability requirements
  
  
• Responsible for the study regarding change of parameter in process
  
  
• Responsible for process approval sheet (PAS)
  
  
• Identify the potential failure of a product/process and to analyse its cause and effects
  
  
• Other task that assigned by HOD
