Engineer

Responsiblities

Review and coordinate with customers regarding product specification, drawing and process requirement during RFQ stage
Layout optimization and perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) proposals with present manufacturing capabilities
Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and product quality
Coordinate with production team and suppliers to ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing
Maintain detailed documentation of customer data information and revisions
Provide technical support to resolve production issues and implement continuous improvements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of work experience in electronic industry is an added advantage
Good communication skills with external in English, Malay, Mandarin and Japanese(added advantage)
Required Skill(s): MS Office. Intermediate computer skills preferred
Knowledge of coursework related to PCB design principles and manufacturing processes will be an advantage
Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
Willing to travel
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
