SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (JAPANESE SPEAKING)

Responsiblities

  • Communicate and understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.

     

  • Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.

     

  • Prepare sales forecast reports for planning.

     

  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.

     

  • Debt collection.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, resolving conflicts and negotiating with customers.

     

  • Maintain and develop sales accordance to sales plans.

     

  • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries and customer requirements by telephone, email or personal visits.

     

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing/Semiconductor industry 
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willing to learn and be proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc)
  • Willing to travel outstation or regionally when required
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa Malaysia.
